📌 For this challenge, we are looking for people who:

✅ In #China's team, you will:

• Lead the relationship with suppliers/products and manage the production chain from orders to shipping. Additionally, manage the supplier compliance project and the preparation of performance and development reports.

• Implement sustainable projects and establish new processes.

• Negotiate project costs set by the categories of Argentina and Spain to achieve the company's margin objective and offer the best possible cost x quality.

• Lead sourcing of new lines, products, and suppliers following Blue Star Group's price goals and quality standards. Develop the sourcing strategy by category together with the categories and follow up on sourcing processes and inter-brand projects with the China team.

• Support the Merchandiser in implementing the category strategy, being responsible for sourcing, supplier selection, commercial negotiation, component qualification, continuous cost reduction, and supply risk reduction.

• Travel to trade fairs in Asia to find new suppliers and product development opportunities.

• Training and development of the direct team in China.

💡 We value:

• Advanced English and Spanish/Portuguese. Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus.

• Over 5 years of experience in buyer or Merchandiser positions in the Accessories area.

• Over 5 years of experience in international fashion retail companies.

• Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and activities.

• Advanced Office package.

• Availability to live in China (Mandatory).

• Experience in business trips in Asia.
